Known for bringing Vietnamese cuisine to an international audience, Chef Luke Nguyen continues his approach here with a menu that focuses on refined, well-executed Vietnamese dishes in a contemporary setting.

At Vietnam House @ Union Square, the space is designed with a balance of Eastern elements and modern architecture. Warm wood tones, stone textures, and soft curves create a calm and structured environment. The open kitchen offers visibility into the cooking process, while private dining rooms provide more intimate options for group dining. A champagne bar adds a lighter, more social touch to the overall experience.

This second branch expands Vietnam House into a more central, lifestyle-driven location, offering a dining option that fits both casual and formal occasions.
